They wired Perk into their HR system in an afternoon. New joiners are auto-provisioned with the right policy bracket the moment they hit 'accept' in BambooHR. By the time their laptop ships, they can already book a flight.
What surprised the founder most: nobody asks him about expense policy anymore. The product just enforces it, in-line, at booking.
