Do you charge implementation fees?
No. Starter and Premium are self-serve in under an hour. Enterprise includes a CSM-led migration at no charge for accounts >$50k ARR.
What does 'per booked trip' actually mean?
A trip is one or more bookings (flight + hotel + car) tied to the same traveler and date range. We bill per trip, not per booking, so adding a hotel to a flight doesn't double the price.
Can we cancel any time?
Starter and Premium are month-to-month. Enterprise contracts are annual but can be cancelled at renewal with 30 days notice.
Do Perk Cards cost extra?
No. Physical and virtual cards are included on Premium and Enterprise. We make money on interchange and pass card-related savings back as statement credits at year-end.
How do you handle multi-currency / multi-entity?
Enterprise supports an unlimited number of legal entities, with separate billing accounts, separate cost-center hierarchies, and FX-locked reporting in any base currency.
Is human support really 24/7?
Yes. We staff agents in 4 timezones and answer within 30 seconds on Slack, email, or phone. They can rebook, refund, and re-route — they're inside the same system as your team.
